It's Friday, which means that over at An Island Life it is time for Aloha Friday. In Hawaii, Aloha Friday is the day that they take it easy and look forward to the weekend. So on Fridays we take it easy on posting, too. Therefore, she asks a simple question for you to answer. Nothing that requires a lengthy response. Then everyone else asks a simple question of their own blog for others to answer.
If you were allowed an unlimited supply of something for the rest of your life, what would you choose?
I would choose books. I would never grow out of them or get sick of them. If my tastes change there are plenty of books to choose from. It's something that costs enough that when I buy them it's a splurge and I could pass them on to others when I am done.
Enjoy your weekend! Check out my giveway for my 100th post HERE :)
Right now, I'm thinking cookies....don't know why, but those sound good.
ReplyDeleteBooks would probably be good too!
Thanks for stopping by and entering my giveaway.
Okay totally off subject but how do you get your pictures to run with the lines? everytime I upload a picture it will make whatever line is there take up the same space as the picture if that makes any sense??
ReplyDeleteI like Crystals question in her comment. Sometimes I can get my photos and lines to cooperate, and other times they won't.
ReplyDeleteI would want a limitless supply of Chocolate. Both my Hubby and Son guessed Chocolate too for MOM.
I would also want books. Books take me away and let me explore the world and expand my knowledge. So hopefully I will be able to have both things.
If I really could only have one item, it would have to be the chocolate. I already have a good amount of books and if I needed another book, I would just have to write my own.

I wish I was more of a book lover. I sometimes am, but not lately! Hmmm...what would I want?? I'll have to think about that one! Aloha!
ReplyDeleteI'm not sure about the picture vs text deal. I do most of my text first then upload the pic and move it wherever I need it. I don't know if there is anything special I'm doing. What I DO have trouble with is when blogger puts a gazillion spaces in between each paragraph. Then I get out of the post and come back later to find a gazillion more spaces. Any thoughts on that?
ReplyDeleteBooks for sure! =)
ReplyDeleteHappy Aloha Friday!
Money...
ReplyDeleteI'm with East Coast Wahine, I have to say MONEY!
ReplyDeleteI would have to say time... I feel like I never have enough time and an unlimited supply would be wonderful.
ReplyDeleteMy first thought was ice cream. But if calories count then I'll go with something practical like toilet paper. My mom has so many books I'll never need to worry about running out!
ReplyDeleteClothes!
ReplyDeleteI'll have to say the first thing that popped into my mind was peanut m and m's :) but now I'm also thinking fabric!
ReplyDeleteI hate to be redundant, but it's books or money for me, too.
ReplyDeleteKong Balls
ReplyDeleteCookies. or books.
ReplyDeleteGeez, that is a hard question. Especially with an indecisive person like myself.
Money would be great since then I could buy more Books! But if money were off the table then it would have to be books as well.
ReplyDeleteMy choice would also be books.
ReplyDeleteUm....money! LOL.
ReplyDeleteI agree with those that say money. It would be nice not to have to worry about debt and be able to donate to worthy causes without fear of needing the money.
ReplyDeletelaptops.
ReplyDeletemoney. health. happiness. right now it's a toss up between the three
ReplyDeleteSent over by Tutu's bliss.. and I thought I had a great "orginal" idea for what I'd want.. BUT we'd want the same thing so, so much for orginality.. I'll settle for great minds think alike.. I'd want an unlimited supply of books as well!
ReplyDeleteCardstock pr Scrapbook paper, I make a lot of handmade cards :)
ReplyDeleteThat is really hard.... I think I would say books too. I love reading and if I had an unlimited supply I could make do without other stuff. Although, One Anxious Mommy said toilet paper and I might have to agree with her too.
ReplyDeleteI agree with you on the books . . . but could I get them made out of dark chocolate so I could eat them when I am done? :)
ReplyDeleteDiet Coke. Pretty lame huh? Maybe because I haven't had some in a while...
ReplyDeleteBooks is a good one.. that is hard.. The bad part of me says Ice cream or chocolates lol but then the better part of me says something more practical.. like a gift card that never runs out lol or groceries for life
ReplyDeleteIs this the question where you ask for 1000 more wishes? I'd like the books made of chocolate, an endless supply of TiVo space and time to read all the blogs I'd like to read. I'll take that to go, please.
ReplyDeleteThanks. :)
Internet access? LOL!
