Menu plan for this week!
Monday: Grilled Chicken, sate rice, and green beans. I saute the sate seasoning at Penzey's with a little evoo, chicken broth, mushrooms, and soy sauce mixed with rice for a yummy side dish!
Tuesday: Mark gone = no big meal (probably taco "boats" with the girls)
Wednesday: Spaghetti (or stuffed shells) and salads
Thursday: a copy cat Panera Broccoli Cheese Soup and homemade bread.
