"In Hawaii, Aloha Friday is the day that we take it easy and look forward to the weekend. So I thought that on Fridays I would take it easy on posting, too. Therefore, I’ll ask a simple question for you to answer. Nothing that requires a lengthy response."

ReplyDeleteMy Aloha Friday
No spring break for me. We don't usually do anything until our summer vacation in July.
ReplyDeleteJamison's Spring Break started today and is all next week. I'm going to take two days off with her and hang out. One day we're going to have her friends over for a tea party. Should be fun...even though the weather will be yucky.
ReplyDeleteJust got back from Hawaii. I've never had so much fun on a spring break!
ReplyDeleteWe haven't had spring break yet (a few more weeks). No big plans though unless you count trying to keep my sanity with both kids home. It should be interesting!
ReplyDeletenothing special. my son's too young for "spring break" to mean anything
ReplyDeleteWe're going to be spending Spring Break (we call it Easter Break for some reason) at home. We plan on painting the shed (something the kids can totally help with!) and doing some more playground construction. When we bought this house, it came with a wooden swingset with a small fort attached. We already had a similar one and moved it here with us. We plan on joining the two with a bridge and enclosing the bottoms as playhouses.
ReplyDeleteWe don't have spring break...since I am at home, and my husband works, and Marlee is not in school yet. But we would probably go see family if we could!

My school had spring break. The G-man and I went to my parent's house for a few days. Other than that we just stayed home and relaxed. My husband works at a university and takes students on outdoor trips. He took a group to canoe the Rio Grande over spring break.
ReplyDeleteWe were supposed to be going to visit family but the kids got the stomach flu the night before we left. Now we have spring vacation (lucky, aren't we?) coming up & Grandma & Grandpa are coming here! And maybe one of my sisters along w/ her baby.
ReplyDeleteWe went to Myrtle Beach, SC for the week. It rained the first two days we were there, but it was beautiful the rest of the time. We had a BLAST!
ReplyDeleteYou already know what we did...went off to Texas to see family. It was crummy wonderful and wonderful visiting! Have a GREAT break!!
ReplyDeleteOur Spring break is the week after Easter. We will be home since it is during Passover. Not to sorry since we are going to Disney soon after that.
ReplyDeleteI wish I still had a spring break. It was something I looked forward to every year while I was in school.
ReplyDeletefor spring break my only plans are to sleep in! no having to get my daughter to the bus @ 6:30 in the morning! yay!
ReplyDeleterelaxation and good times with family are on that list
ReplyDeleteNot a darn thing! I do want to take a vacation on spring break some year though!
ReplyDeleteMy husband is a teacher too! He's back at work this week after two weeks off. We stayed around home for the most part, trying to get the house in order for the first time since the twins were born. We did take a few fun outings to the zoo and park.
ReplyDeleteIt's a local road-trip for our family :-) We live right outside DC, so we plan to take the girls to the National Zoo and Smithsonian next week :-)
