Gigi God's Little Princess DVD Set Giveaway

Congratulations Sarah!  You are the winner of these wonderful DVDs!  Your little princess is sure to enjoy them.

Sheila Walsh’s Gigi DVD sets: Real Princesses Treat Everyone Like Royalty and God Made Princesses in All Shapes and Sizes were a big hit with my daughters ages 3 and 5 (and me too!). 


I was impressed with the way Gigi handled situations that my girls are in each day.  When she doesn’t make the soccer team her dad lets her know that even though she was not good at soccer, God had given her other gifts and He wants us to use those gifts.   He did not sugar coat it and give her false hopes, or blame it on something else, but lovingly encouraged her to find her own talent.    When her best friend got sick and couldn’t go to the long-awaited circus, she didn’t go either because it wouldn’t be as fun without her friend there so she brings joy to her sick friend instead.  Gigi is always thinking of others. 

The series show girls that they are created by God to be unique princesses, beautiful on the inside.  It also emphasizes how important it is to care for others.  Each episode is based on a Bible verse that is given at the end of the episode.  Each DVD contained 4 episodes and bonus features which include sing-along songs, trivia games, and “How to Draw’ videos.

  2. My granddaughters would benefit as they are 2 and 3 years old and VERY different. I think they could learn alot and realize they don't have to be just like each other.

  3. My two year old NEEDS to learn to think of others! My almost four year old could learn how to give things a chance before she decides if she likes it or not. (She's already tried and quit Karate & is in dance. Trying Tball this spring)

  5. my 4 yr old could benefit from the dvds about not blaming things on others- seems a habit shes picking up in preschool!

    i'd love to use these for our sunday school classes too!

  8. I was just looking at this in the Christian bookstore. We are adopting a 6 year old little girl and she needs things to help her realize that she is a princess in God's eyes. Glad to hear a good review on this...would def. like for her to have these!

  10. My daughter would love this! She loves princesses and this would help her learn that she is God's perfect princess and that He loves for who he created her to be. I pray that God will use her in His mighty ways. She has such a sweet spirit and loves learning about Jesus.

  14. My daughter could learn to appreciate all the gifts God has given her. My daughter would love this. She loves anything princess and it's nice that these books stress the important fact that she is God's princess.

  23. I have been wanting to get some of these for my daughter! They have always looked so good! Anything that teaches Biblical principles will help solidify the lessons that we teach my daughter! Thanks for doing a giveaway like this!

  29. My daughter can learn to be God' little princess when I read the book to her, she can remember God made her just the way she is for a reason (she is living with Rett Syndrome) and he does not make mistakes.

  34. I think this is wonderful and something society as a whole could benefit from watching. It seems society has gotten very selfish and impatient. I homeschool and we try to do different volunteering projects to help teach the kids to be appreciative, helpful and non-judgemental and Gigi seems to be able to help share these same teachings and more.
