Betty Crocker Fun da-middles Giveaway

I was lucky enough to sample the new Fun da-middles at National Boxs Tops University this summer.  They were SOOOO good.   I'm a big fan of frosting on the inside.  Isn't the best way to eat a regular cupcake splitting it in half and sandwiching the frosting between the two layers?  This is even easier, the frosting is there already.  They are also better for taking cupcakes to school.   Less mess - believe me, teachers will thank you.

We had a fun time baking and eating them at home. These fun cupcakes could not be easier! They are extremely moist and the filling is way better than frosting.  Lexi said they were named wrong and should have been called Yum da-middles.

I let the girls make them (practically) all by themselves.  Lexi was the official recipe reader.

 I let them spill (hard for me, I'm working on it)...and clean it up...
