Entry 1: How do you get your kids to eat wholesome snacks?
We put yogurt, fruit, and string cheese in the bottom drawer of the refrigerator so they can choose those snacks.
For an additional entry you can follow my blog.
I will pick a winner using random.org on Sunday, February 20th.

My kids love everything smoothie, so I put veggies in and they love it.
ReplyDeleteWe let them pick out their own fruit in the store. If they picked it, they will nearly always eat it!

I do the same thing! I feel like if the healthy snacks are easy for them to get at, they will choose those. I like to have lots of variety around too. We have 5 or 6 different fruits and vegetables at all times. Yogurt is another one that my kids go for instead of cereal or sugary granola bars for breakfast. If you want them to eat the good stuff, you've got to make it available!
